• I do not offer payment plans however offer limited Sliding-Scale slots. This fee structure exists to help make therapy more affordable for people living at a lower income level. 

  • The duration of therapy varies from client to client and depends on the specific goals for therapy. I offer a Brief-Therapy/Solutions-Focused Model as well as on-going therapy as needed.

  • 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hour notice will be charged for the missed session. Sessions where clients are more than 15 minutes late will be canceled and the full session fee will be charged.

  • I am in-network for Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield (Most Plans – Not Boeing), Anthem (Blue Cross symbol only), Lifewise, Kaiser Permanente/Group Health, First Choice (some plans). I can also provide  a superbill for my out-of-network clients. Please reach out with any questions. If you are a member with any of these plans, your sessions may be covered in full or in part depending on your specific benefits. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your coverage for outpatient mental health services.

  • I am currently seeing clients via Telehealth, however I will be accepting in-person clients starting Fall 2025.
