Therapy that sees you, not just your symptoms.

Individual Therapy—Adults

Individual therapy is a space to explore your story, reconnect with yourself, and move through life’s challenges with support—not judgment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity shifts, relationship changes, trauma, burnout, or just feeling stuck, therapy offers room to slow down and make meaning.

Our work together might include:

  • Exploring patterns in relationships, boundaries, and communication

  • Healing from shame, grief, or internalized oppression

  • Unpacking gender, sexuality, and identity with affirmation

  • Managing stress, anxiety, or depression with compassion and practical tools

  • Reclaiming your pleasure, agency, and voice

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ adults, creatives, caregivers, and anyone deconstructing systems that no longer serve them. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in liberation. You don’t have to have the “right words” to start—you just have to show up.

Individual Therapy—Kids & Teens

Therapy for youth is a space just for you—to talk, question, feel, and grow without pressure or judgment. Whether you’re navigating identity, friendships, family stuff, school stress, or big feelings you can’t always name—this is a place where your voice matters.

We’ll move at your pace. That might mean talking things out, exploring emotions, learning coping tools, or just having a space where you don’t have to pretend to be okay.

This is your space to:

  • Ask real questions about identity, gender, and sexuality

  • Process anxiety, depression, or trauma

  • Explore boundaries, relationships, and confidence

  • Be curious, confused, joyful, angry—or all of the above

I offer therapy that centers Queer, Trans, Neurodiverse, and questioning youth with care, respect, and zero assumptions. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. I can also assist you in navigating school and education issues such as; 504 Plans, IEPs, and collaborative care.
